The picks:

Tyler Ulis (PHO vs. ORL)

FanDuel: $5,400 (PG)

DraftKings: $5,700 (PG)

Last night I thought to myself, “will Ulis be $6,000?” Not quite, but his salary looks to be trending in that direction. With the news of Eric Bledsoe being shut down for the season, the minutes need to come from somewhere. We were already seeing that from Ulis in games with Bledsoe getting the start, and has played 488 minutes with Bledsoe off the court. He’s a price where we can feel comfortable with him making value. We’ll have to see how the next few games play out to determine his output with any rise in salary.

Bradley Beal (WAS vs. CHI)

FanDuel: $8,500 (SG)

DraftKings: $8,200 (SG)

Whether John Wall plays tonight or not, I like Beal. His price is at its highest of the season on both sites. If you’re looking at his fantasy points in a game log, it looks underwhelming. The Wizards were on a 5-game road trip that took them out to the West Coast, and upon returning home, a tough matchup against the Mavericks. Wall missed shootaround today, but could still play. With Wall on the court, Beal has a 26.4 usage rate; without, it’s at 30.4, as seen on Either way, he’s a strong target of mine against the Bulls.

Trevor Ariza (HOU @ NOP)

FanDuel: $5,200 (SF)

DraftKings: $5,200 (SF/PF)

Ariza’s been playing much better in the Rockets’ last few games, and could be a nice target for you at his price because you’ll want exposure to this game. It has the highest game total of the night at 229. Ariza has better fantasy scoring nights when he’s able to get rebounds. The Pelican’s give up the fourth most rebounds to the forward positions, with 24.9 per game.

Hassan Whiteside (MIA vs. MIN)

FanDuel: $8,700 (C)

DraftKings: $8,100 (C)

Whiteside is currently on a 10-game streak with double-doubles, which makes me favor him more on DK. The Timberwolves are giving up the most points in the NBA to the center position, at 33.2 per game. They’re also giving up 12.7 rebounds per game to centers, which is also the most in the NBA. Whiteside could have that big game we’re waiting for tonight, at home against the Timberwolves.

Also take into consideration:

Jeremy Lin (BKN vs. BOS) – on both sites

FanDuel: $5,900 (PG)

DraftKings: $6,000 (PG)

Marcus Smart (BOS @ BKN) – on DK (starting for Isaiah Thomas)

FanDuel: $6,300 (SG)

DraftKings: $4,900 (PG/SG)

James Harden (HOU @ NOP) – on both sites

FanDuel: $11,800 (SG)

DraftKings: $11,800 (PG/SG)

T.J. Warren (PHO vs. ORL) – on FD

FanDuel: $6,300 (SF)

DraftKings: $6,600 (SF/PF)

Julius Randle (LAL vs. MIL) – on DK

FanDuel: $6,800 (PF)

DraftKings: $7,400 (PF/C)
