Fantasy Football: Week 7 QB Streamers

Buffal Bills Tyrod Taylor

Welcome to Week 7 QB streamers where the struggle is very real. There are several QBs dealing with injuries like Aaron Rodgers has a broken collarbone and will miss significant time. Jameis Winston left Sunday’s game against Cardinals and is a question mark for Sunday against the Bills. Even if Winston plays, i’m not playing him. NFL Media’s Alex Gelhar shows you why.

Same goes for Raiders Derek Carr who didn’t look great in Week 6 and had issues throwing down the field. With the Raiders playing on Thursday night against the Chiefs on a Thursday night.

With the Lions and Texans both bye, Matthew Stafford and Deshaun Watson owners will need find help as well. Who can you owners use this week?

Tyrod Taylor vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers
49% Owned on Yahoo!

Tyrod Taylor is one of the best QB starters and is available in over 50% of Yahoo leagues. This week he gets to face a Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense that is allowing 20 fantasy points to opposing fantasy QBs. They are allowing over 300 yards and 2 TDs per game this season.

Taylor is playing at home this week and the Bills are coming off the bye week. He also has the rushing ability to provide a safe floor. He should be among the top players at the position this week.

Jared Goff vs Arizona Cardinals
48% Owned on Yahoo!

Jared Goff is a great target this week. He gets to face a Arizona Cardinals defense that allowing 19.5 fantasy points per game to opposing QBs. Ryan Fitzpatrick threw for 290 yards and 3 TDs after coming into the game for an injured Jameis Winston.

This game is in London which cause some pause. However, the game will be played at 1 pm est which should help Goff be able to adjust to the time zone change. This is also one of the best spots for him after facing Jacksonville and Seattle in back to back weeks. I prefer Tygod this week but Goff is a solid fall back plan.

Brett Hundley vs New Orleans Saints
11% Owned on Yahoo!

Some may be running for the hills when it comes to the Packers offense with Aaron Rodgers done for the season, but I like me some Brett Hundley in Week 7. This is his third season with the team. While, obviously he is nowhere near Rodgers, he does have a good grasp on this offense. He is surrounded by playmakers like Jordy Nelson, Davante Adams, and more!

Hundley gets to play at home against a Saints team that has been had this year. Three QBs have gone for well over 300 yards and 3 TDs this season. The Saints offense should be able to put up points a plenty against the Packers poor secondary. Hundley should have to throw to keep up. He also has the rushing ability to add some safety to his floor.

Hundley is a play for deeper leagues but worth a look if you’re in need.
