Thanksgiving Day FanDuel Targets

On a special three-game Holiday slate, I am here to bring my list of FanDuel targets. We all know what we are getting into here with only limited options on Thanksgiving. So as we dig into some good food, why not tilt your face off with some of my plays. Let’s dig in.

QB

Drew Brees $8,500 – With so few options to choose from, many will look to possibly the highest scoring game on the slate. Depending on which studs we roster we can fit him in.

Matt Ryan $7,700 – Matty Ice will try to bounce back after a dud last week versus the Bucs. Projected to be playing from behind, Ryan can certainly earn his value.

Mitchell Trubisky $6,800 – The best match up on the slate might belong to Mitchell. Whether or not he is able to take advantage of it, is another story.

RB

Ezekiel Elliot $8,400 – The highest owned player on the slate most likely will be Zeke.

Alvin Kamara $8,400 – If for some reason this game is close or the Falcons jump out to a lead, Kamara should garner plenty of work.

Devin Singletary $6,600 – The Cowboys defense looked very porous against the Patriots last week. The best way to attack may be to feed Singletary.

David Montgomery $5,900 – Montgomery has burned so many people this year he may not be as high owned on Thursday. The Bears should control the game and he is getting the touchdown opportunities.

WR

Michael Thomas $9,200 – Michael Thomas may be the safest play on the slate, as he has been one of the most consistent players all year.

Julio Jones $7,800 – If healthy, Julio is always a top target. As long as he plays and is not expected to be limited, he will be a target.

Michael Gallup $6,800 – Last year, Dak Prescott seemed to force feed Amari Cooper each game. This year Gallup has stepped up as a legit deep threat.

Calvin Ridley $6,500 – Calvin should be a top option regardless of Julio’s situation.

Anthony Miller $5,300 – In a different situation I would avoid the Bear’s passing game. With Darius Slay expected to shadow Allen Robinson, Miller should at least appear as an easier pass to make for Trubisky

TE

Jared Cook $6,700 – The question of the slate is whether to play Jared Cook or simply punt the position.

Dawson Knox $4,500 – The only other potential option I can see playing as not a full punt is Dawson Knox. If you play him, you are praying for a touchdown.

DEF

Bears $5,000 – The Bears are the dream match up and paying up on defense may be the best option on this mini slate.

Cowboys $4,200 – Josh Allen hasn’t killed a defense not named the Dolphins this year. The Cowboys are absolutely able to hold him in check.
