Scaled Week 1 Team Targets
The following bar-graph displays week 1 team targets scaled to the league average. Green labeled teams (left) are those whose TGTs were above average, and red labeled teams had below-average targets. I am concerned about the red teams and bullish on the high TGT teams for this week. Good tiebreakers in PPR-based scoring leagues and DFS plays.
Last week, DAL, DET, LV, BUF, JAX, MIN, LAC, and TB were high-targeting teams and deserve extra consideration for week 2 plays, especially in positive match-ups. See Below (more coming Saturday Matchup Article)

Tables contain:
- Team Name
- Position Type
- Week 1 Sum of Targets High Green vs Low Red

Positional Populational Analysis Week 1 Targets
——————————————————————————————————–
The Box and Whisker Graphs below reveal the population characteristics of Week 1 TGTs for RB, TE, and WR. These visuals inform us of the Populational Average and Median TGTs, and the 66% and 98% levels of player TGTs. I have noted the number of TGTs at which the player was in the top 1/3 of all players in that position. (Top 33%)
- X symbol is the TGT Average
- Line within the Box is the Median
- The Box represents the 66% levels of the Population
- The Whisker Line shows 98% levels.
- Extreme Outliers are in circles. Note Waller the TE at 19 TGTs way above the TE population.

Team Rushing vs Passing Bias for RB Usages Week 1
——————————————————————————————————–
The table below highlights team RB Usage Bias to rushing or passing based on Rush Attempts vs. Passing Targets to their RBs. The %R/P ratio catches this team metric ratio from High (purple-stained) to Low (yellow-stained). Teams with high %R/P were rushing their RBs more and passing to them less, while those with low %R/P passed to their RB much more.
LAC, LAR, SF, ARI, CIN, DEN, KC, PIT, NO, SEA, HOU were not passing to their RB much
TEN, DAL, NYG, MIA, CAR, ATL, MIN, JAC, IND, LV, TB, and DET were using more passing to their RBs.
