Tonight’s NBA DFS playbook is going to be an interesting one with so many injuries. There are some players that I really like, and others that will leave you scratching your head. Only seven games tonight does not offer as many options, so finding value will be imperative tonight.

**Just my luck, moments after posting this, Nerlens Noel is out with a wrist injury.
Point Guard
Damian Lillard ($8,500)
Maybe someone can explain to me how one of the best shooters on a bad team has his price continue to drop off. I don’t understand it, but I wont complain. He’s got a plus matchup tonight against Denver and has hit over 40 fantasy points in five straight games. He’s a great fade to Stephen Curry who can easily match his production.
Jameer Nelson ($3,800)
Staying in the same game, Nelson has a great opportunity to put up some serious fantasy points. He’s been very hit or miss, but this Portland defense doesn’t scare anyone. I like him as a GPP play tonight.
Derrick Rose ($5,800)
Despite all of the talk about Rose, he’s still Derrick Rose. He has incredible athletic ability and he is going up against the Sixers tonight. I just don’t envision a scenario where he doesn’t hit at least 25 fantasy points tonight.
Shooting Guard
C.J. McCollum ($6,500)
C.J. has been incredible this season. He was a favorite of mine coming into this season and he hasn’t disappointed yet. Portland may not be the best team in the league, but they are one of the most fun to watch with this backcourt. It seems every night that him and Lillard are looking to put up 100 a piece.
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope ($5,000)
I know he doesn’t have the best matchup tonight, but Detroit has one of the worst benches in the league. On a back-to-back night of games, I expect KCP to get a ton of minutes, which should result in more fantasy points.
Austin Rivers ($3,000)
This is one of the picks that will leave you scratching your head, but Rivers has a chance to be a nice fantasy gem tonight if Chris Paul doesn’t play. Paul is listed as doubtful and Rivers will slide in his place if he is out tonight. This is like shooting an arrow in the dark, but you maybe be painting a bullseye around it at the end of the night.
Small Forward
Paul George ($8,600)
I don’t love George tonight, but he’s the safest option tonight at the position. C.J. Miles is still out, so he’s still going to get the big minutes. With not much else at the position, I’ll be owning him almost everywhere.
Andrew Wiggins ($6,000)
Wiggins is coming off of a monster game, and the Timberwolves will need much of the same output tonight in order to have a chance against Atlanta tonight. He’s got the athleticism to run circles around Atlanta, and his price tag isn’t terrible. I like him as a cheaper option tonight.
Power Forward
LaMarcus Aldridge ($6,900)
I know he’s still adjusting to life with Pop, but the matchup is too good tonight to ignore. A bad Kings team with a less than healthy DeMarcus Cousins should mean big things for LMA.
Nerlens Noel ($7,000)
If Nerlens can get his head out his ass, he can be a pretty solid player in the league. Problem is, he keeps getting in his own way. Hopefully getting ejected from last game will get his mind right and he can show what he can do on the court.
Center
Mason Plumlee ($5,400)
He’s never a sexy play, but he can get the job done when you need him. He’s a cheaper option as well, so that allows for some more stars in your lineup.
Dewayne Dedmon ($4,600)
Another name I don’t expect many people to know, but he’s filling in for Nikola Vucevic and Jason Smith. He’s going to log some big minutes, and it wont take much for him to hit value.
