Positional Fantasy Point Averages and Variation
In establishing our foundation for 2021, we must continue our doing our Reference Class Forecasting. In this video, I focus on positions vs. each other in terms of FPA and variations.
Below, I highlighted the End of Season (EOS) FPA of all positions. I note some interesting aspects.
- 1) 2002/2006, the RB produced the highest FPA vs. 2017/2020; it was the QB position.
- 2) TEs have always been in the lowest position across all year sectors.
- 3) WRs have been the most consistent position in FPA – the safest?
- 4) Top 6 EOS WR > RB 2012/2016 vs RB>WR 2017/2020. 2021 RBs higher?
