NFL 2020: Week 6 Streaming Defenses

It is Week 6 of the NFL and so far no cancellations from Covid. There are however, four teams on a bye this week: Las Vegas Raiders, Los Angeles Chargers, New Orleans Saints and Seattle Seahawks. Plan accordingly!

The Dolphins will play the now, Leveon Bell-less New York Jets. That fact they are playing the Jets is enough reason to consider streaming them this week. The Jets’ offense has averaged 15 points a game. They are 25th in the league in sacks allowed and 28th in total yards. Meanwhile, the Dolphins are tied for seventh in sacks and are 13th in pressure rate and 16th in hurry percentage.

The good news is that rookie Chase Young will be back on the field this week. The better news is that they will be playing the New York Giants. The Giants are currently 27th in total yards and 26th in sacks allowed. The Washington Football Team’s defense is third in interceptions, sixth in sacks and 12th in quarterback hurries.

This might seem counterproductive, but it really isn’t. Both offenses are not very good. Washington’s offense is currently riding a quarterback carousel. Their offensive line is 31st in sacks allowed. The Giants defense is 11th in pressure rate on the quarterback and 12th in sacks.

This is a good game to depend on either defense.

Good luck and come talk at me on Twitter @neverenoughglt
