The second pick of the 2014 NFL Draft belongs to the St Louis Rams, who have two first round selections. Residing in the brutal NFC West, they have to make the most out of these picks if they want to compete with the front-runners in their division.
Who Should They Pick?: The Rams seem set on giving quarterback Sam Bradford a chance to succeed. Injuries have been an issue, so protecting him should be priority one. Greg Robinson has the look of a dominant NFL left tackle, and should be the pick.
Who Will They Pick?: There will be plenty of discussion in the Rams war room about this pick, with plenty of options on the table. If they keep the pick, it likely comes down to receiver vs lineman. In the end, Robinson is the guy.

Backup Plan: Kenny Britt was added, and they’d like to see what they have in Stedman Bailey, but a talent like Sammy Watkins is going to be tempting. If the Rams feel like Watkins is a player on par with AJ Green and Julio Jones, he might be too much to pass up.
Darkhorse: The Rams defense was very good last year, and their pass rush, especially Robert Quinn, was fantastic. Still, it’s hard to pass up on a player like Jadeveon Clowney if he’s on the board. He’s a one-man wrecking crew, and, along with Quinn, could be a devastating pass rush duo.
Trade?: St Louis has two first round picks, but with several options open to them, they could very easily trade down, especially to somebody desperate to move up to select either Clowney or one of the top quarterbacks.
