Starting this week, in addition to my DFS preview, I’m going to offer plays that jump out to me for College Football on the Monkey Knife Fight platform. Some weeks I may have just one. Others none. It will just depend on what combinations are being offered for that Saturday.
For those new to Monkey Knife Fight, it is an enjoyable and simple way to play DFS. Games like Rapid Fire and More or Less allow you to select fast picks competing just against yourself instead of potentially thousands of other competitors. You can choose player props or fantasy points with every contest requiring you to pick 2 or more options, similar to a parlay. Three or more selections are also available with even larger payouts.
If you haven’t given Monkey Knife Fight a try, click here or use our promo code “PIGSKIN” for a 100% deposit match up to $100 and a free $5 contest.

Pick More For Both
Kayshon Boutte has been the focal point of the LSU offense going back to last season. Over his final three games, he amassed a 27-527-4 line. He’s picked up right where he left off in 2021.
Through three games, he’s produced a 20-224-6 line. An average of 27.1 fantasy points per game. And, that includes two games where he didn’t see a full four quarters of action due to the game being out of hand. While 17.5 seems high, I could see Boutte eclipsing that mark without needing a touchdown because of the volume he’ll see in the passing game.
Same goes for Makai Polk. He’s been a PPR monster in the pass happy Bulldog attack with 25 catches in the first three games of the season. Quarterback Will Rogers is averaging an insane 54 pass attempts per game so anyone with solidified role in the receiving corp should continue to produce solid stat lines each week. Similar to Boutte, Polk isn’t touchdown dependent to win his bet with the amount of passing Mississippi State deploys.

Pick Less For Coan
Right now, Coan isn’t guaranteed to see every series in the game. Head coach Brian Kelly remains insistent on breaking in big recruit Tyler Buchner along with playing Coan. Even if he was starting full-time, the total of 19.5 points was already going to be a tough putt against a strong Wisconsin defense. Especially, in a game where the Irish are projected to score just roughly 20 points. Under is the play here.
Pick More For Mellusi
The Notre Dame run defense has been very suspect against very average competition this season. Florida State running backs averaged almost eight yards per carry against the Irish. Next, Toledo went for almost six yards per tote. Then, even Purdue’s backup running back went over four yards per rush.
All Wisconsin wants to do is push people around with their run game. This Clemson transfer appears to have a strong hold as their RB1 over Jalen Berger at the moment. In Wisconsin that usually means 20-25 touches per game. Against this defense, that should be enough to hit the 17 fantasy point mark.
