Emmanuel Sanders – Emmanuel Sanders is the Broncos replacement after losing Eric Decker in the off season. Sanders is a talented player who has a golden opportunity. He had an impressive game Saturday night against the Houston Texans. He accounted for 128 yards receiving and two touchdowns. While i typically don’t read a ton into preseason stats, this is a great sign for a player trying to get acclimated to a new offense. Currently going 77 overall and 33 among receivers per myfantasyleagues.com. I would be fine taking Sanders in the 5th or 6th round in 12 team leagues. Sanders is much higher among receivers for me, making my top 25 receivers.
Wes Welker – The Denver Broncos’ Wes Welker reportedly has a concussion after taking another hit to the head on Saturday. A player who has skill to be a fantasy stud especially in his current offense, continues leave fantasy owners hesitant to draft him as high as his potential may require. With two weeks left until the season starts, there is still time for Welker to get healthy. The question remains, how long Welker can stay healthy?
Matt Prater – Denver Broncos kicker Matt Prater will miss the first four games of the season after violating the league’s substance abuse policy. This is another reason why reaching on a kicker makes zero sense. For those who have already drafted, Prater should be dropped. Blair Walsh, Robbie Gould and Matt Bryant are potential targets for Prater owners. Owners who are yet to draft should avoid Prater. He is a good waiver wire target as week 4 arrives.

Sam Bradford – Another season and another injury for Sam Bradford. Bradford will miss the entire 2014 season after tearing his ACL Saturday night. Veteran Shaun Hill will be the likely starter come week one. This shouldn’t impact the value of Zac Stacy and other skill position guys.
Bernard Pierce – The Baltimore Ravens Bernard Pierce left their game Saturday night against the Washington Redskins with an apparent head injury. Ravens followed concussion protocol but Pierce is fine. He will be the Ravens start first two games with Ray Rice suspended.
