2020 PPR Rankings with Player Uncertainty Levels

This Table includes:

  • Team
  • Bye Week
  • Position Rankings
  • Position
  • Overall Name
  • Fantasy Sport’s Professor’s Rankings (Scale of 100 to 0-Green to Red)
  • Uncertainty Level of High, Average or Low

To begin with, TEN DST is not in the mix for my 2020 drafts as is the Kicker. Tannehill is a journeyman QB ranked at QB18. TEN loves rushing and does not pass as much as other teams. Tannehill figures as a QB to pass enough to open the rushing up.

Next, the WRs also will suffer in a rushing centric team. I currently rank AJ Brown as WR20 the clear team WR1. Davis at WR72 ia distance play for 2020 drafts as is Humphries at WR 95. Not excited for these WRs.

Additionally, TEN has used the TE more than many teams so I think Smith is an interesting TE2 play only. He did have injuries in 2019 so caution is suggested.

Finally, TEN rushing is the a main stay ang Henry is a solid RB6 ranked rusher and I would draft him is needed. The tricky player that could develop later in the 2020 seasin is D Evans who is ranked at RB 52 but can have instanst value if Henry is injuried. Henry owners need Evans as well especially in best ball. Evan can be a pass-catcher and bye week flex even with no Henry injury. He is a buy candidate but want payoff big until injury (Zero RB guy).

2016 to 2019 Positional Based PPR Fantasy Point Averages (FPA), Team Usages, and Differences from 2019 to 4-year Averages

This table presents:

  • Team
  • Position
  • 2016 to 2019 Fantasy Point Averages
  • 4 Year Sum of Averages
  • % of Positional Usage by the 4-Year Date
  • % of 2019 Team Usages
  • DIFF – 2019 vs last 4-year % Usages (Improving or Declining)

TENNESSEE TITANS- Professor’s Flash Card. In 2019 the QB/WR saw an uptick in Team usages by 3.8 and 1.1%. The WRs at 541 FP were the highest in 4 years. Strong result. RBs were ok but in usage drop by -3% as did the TE drop by -1.9%. I would be cautious for TEs. 2020 may be a repeat of 2019 so not sure there are sleepers in here in WRs or TEs. Evans the RB seems the gamble (see above for discussion).

2015 to 2019 Team Level Targets Per Game, 2019 Usage, 5 Year of Targets/Game Usage, and DIFF in 2019.

This table contains:

  • Team
  • Position
  • 2015 to 2019 Targets Per Game
  • 5 Year Average of Targets Per Game
  • %2019 Usages in Targeting
  • % 5-Year Positional Usage Average
  • DIFF 2019 vs 5-Year Average of Team Positional Usages

TENNESSEE TITANS -Professor’s Flash Card. Overall Comments: 2019 TEN loved it RBs for T/G based on a gain of 2.6% and increase in usages. The 2020 RBs are Derrick Henry RB6 and Darrynton Evans RB52. Henry figures as a bell-cow RB thus making the Darrynton Evans as a sneaky handcuff and a potential pass-catcher.

TEN has used it TEs well at 35% but injury to Walker led to a drop of 2.4% in T/G and that was the worst in 5-years. In 2020 Jonnu Smith TE18 is the TE and figures to have low TE 1 potential assuming TEN moves back to a higher T/G level.  Gamble Play only.

The TEN WRs were steady in 2019 and were not strongly usaged at 41% T/G because of the TEs picking up the slack. The TEN 2020 crew is  A.J. Brown WR20, Corey Davis WR72, and Adam Humphries WR96. Brown is a WR2 type while Davis as a WR5 and Humphries at WR8. The 2020 balance is in flux and some caution is suggested for Davis or Humphries.
