Dynasty Mind 2019 Ep6: Moore Devy Stuff with Nick Whalen
In this episode, I decided to look into the fantasy football draft. But not just any typical draft; specifically I delved into the Devy Draft. While a lot has been written about concerning devy, there is surprisingly very little focus on devy drafts. How does one begin to value a player who is 2+ years out before becoming eligible? How early do you consider taking a devy player? Which factors are you highlighting (e.g., measurable, traits, youth, school?). Therefore, I invited Nick Whalen, new member of Fanium and creator of the Devy Report and Graduate Report, to help us think devy.
Nick has a background in coaching, and you can hear a little bit about his experiences teaching young football players. He is also spending his time to help us talk about a Devy player that everyone should be even more excited about: Rondale Moore, true frosh, out of Purdue.
