Week 7 Kicker Rankings

The Week 7 kicker rankings are here help you make tough decisions about who to stream this week. Given the position it is unlikely you are making an either/or choice but rather who you should be looking to pick up this week to cover your byes and/or injuries. Our team will be here the rest of the year ranking the offensive positions, defensive positions and team defense to try and help you win your fantasy football leagues.

Adam Vinatieri vs. Buffalo Bills (42% owned)

This is a combination of a kicker ranking in the top-10 and a team who ranks in the top-10 for most fantasy points surrendered to fantasy kickers. The Bills defense has been good at times this year but I expect the Colts to be able to move the ball. However, whether they can punch into the end zone might be a different story. Vinatieri should see plenty of opportunities this week.

Dan Bailey @ New York Jets (50%)

Bailey has averaged nearly 12 points a game this year. If he had played a full season at that pace he would currently jointly lead all kickers with 70 points. At this point Bailey is more than a streamer, he is a must-own.

Jason Myers vs. Minnesota Vikings (11%)

Myers is that kicker who currently leads all others with 70 fantasy points. He is coming off a monster game against the Colts which has boosted his numbers. However, the Vikings rank second against kickers in fantasy points allowed, so he could be in for another solid day at home this week. This offense is rolling but the Vikings defense can make enough plays that they should be able to stop the Jets reaching the end zone regularly.

Matt Prater @ Miami Dolphins (42%)

Prater has had a weird year and has struggled to get opportunities. The Dolphins defense is not so good that it will stifle the Lions offense, but it might be good enough to keep them from the end zone. That is music to a kickers ears.
