Deep Dynasty Waiver Wire Dive

It has been a wild season so far, I hope your teams are kicking ass. I have been away for a couple weeks after some family turmoil, but I wanted to get something out for everyone with what might be a fat dynasty waiver wire in your league this week. Even if you have missed your waivers clearing, these are guys you can look to add during the week.

WR’s

Jermaine Kearse, NYJ

After Enunwa’s injury I would spend a large enough chunk of my FAAB to have a good chance of acquiring him if I had any need at WR. There may only be a month of opportunity available but you gotta make the playoffs first right?

Rishard Mathews, FA

Worked out today with the Jets, but regardless of where he lands, Mathews has been a very talented and productive WR. Mathews may have the highest upside of any player on your waiver wire this week.

Josh Reynolds, LAR

With 2/3rds of the Rams WR core banged up, not to mention the talent he has…. Reynolds is a must add in any size roster league.

Trent Taylor/Richie James, SF

Garcon looks like a shadow of his former self, and Pettis is banged up. With the injury bug on the 49ers either of these guys could become weekly starters instantly. The scheme and coaching have shown thus far that despite setbacks numbers will be produced.

RB’s

Jalen Richard, OAK

He absolutely should be owned in any competitive league, but if he’s not correct this immediately… I would also look to trade for him. Should be a weekly RB 2/3 going forward.

Raheem Mostert, SF

Yes I fell victim to Alfgate Monday, as I didn’t see Breida being such a tough ass dude. But change comes quick and despite the matchup talk, that was a very impressive performance by Mostert. Go get him.

Darren Sproles, PHI

Lots of turmoil in this backfield, do you really wanna discount what Sproles could do going forward?

Elijah McGuire, NYJ

About to come off IR and I’m a fan.

Doug Martin, OAK

I know, Bleh…..but if Lynch misses time he could….

TE’s

C.J. Uzomah, CIN

Top 12 TE rest of season? May sound crazy but as disastrous as TE has been this year it’s possible.

Ryan Griffin, HOU

He is mostly given praise for his blocking ability. However, the passing game usage this weekend looked very promising going forward,

Jeff Heuerman, DEN

The opportunity is there in that offense.

QB’s

C.J. Beathard, SF

He is obviously gone in 2QB leagues but I think he’s being slept on heavily in 1QB dynasty leagues. Should have plenty of top 15 finishes going forward.

Ryan Tannehill, MIA

Could miss some time but upside is there if you are in a pinch

Deeper stashes

Justin Watson, TB: Very much a long term play.

Maurice Harris, WAS: Doctson’s looking very busty in his corset, and I see a ton of opportunity in this situation. Well worth a dart.

Auden Tate, CIN: Another longer term play.

Josh Adams, PHI: Anything happens to Smallwood or Clement then look out.

Mike Boone/Roc Thomas, MIN: A gimpy Cook and JAG Murray leave major opportunity at both of their doorsteps.

C.J. Prosise, SEA: Yep bustapalooza. However, if he’s dropped and you’ve got room he’s better than blowing a spot on the Alfs and the muscle hamsters of the world. If your not contending trade em and create a roster spot.

Eric Swoope, IND: Ebron’s banged up, and Doyle’s not back yet. Also the Colts are extremely thin at WR.

Garrett Celek, 49ers: A top 15 TE if anything happens to my TE woobie.

Chad Kelly, DEN: Keenum’s not long for this job, give him 2-3 weeks max.

Kyle Lauletta, NYG: Same as for Kelly. The Giants could move away from Manning soon

Taysom Hill, NO: Deep Superflex leagues only
