Swansea City have confirmed that a deal for Fernandez has been completed from Napoli of Serie A. The defender passed his physical and put the pen to paper on a four year deal for an undisclosed fee. Barring any problems gaining international clearance, Fernandez is set to immediately join the squad ahead of this weekend’s match against Burnley and bolster the club’s options at center-back.
