Patriots lock up Julian Edelman

Patriots Lock up slot receiver Julian Edelman.  Edelman is coming off a season where he had 105 receptions, 1,056 yards, and six touchrsdowns.  Edelman realized that the open market wasn’t as nice to him as he must have thought it was going to be.  If not for his history of injuries, maybe he would have drawn a bigger contract somewhere other then New England.  The soon to be 28 year old appears to be happy to be home in Foxboro.
