Steve Smith signs with the Ravens

Steve Smith has to terms with the Baltimore Raven on a three year, $11 million dollar contract.  Father time is catching up to Smith at 35, but he still has the ability to stretch the field, and move the chains.  Smith will be Flacco’s third option, in an offense that will feature a healthy Dennis Pitta and Torrey Smith.  Smith has WR3 potential.
