Ronald Jones II, TB at CIN
Tampa Bay coaches finally got their second round pick involved in their 26-23 win over the Browns last week. His stat line wasn’t pretty, but the fact that they went with Jones and not Barber, when they desperately needed a score in the second half could signal change is coming for the Buccaneers backfield. Oh yeah, the part that Jones converted the opportunity for a touchdown is probably the more important point to make.

This week would be a great spot for Jones to produce if given the chance. The Bengals run defense ranks near the bottom of the league in just about every metric out there. The continued ineffectiveness of the Peyton Barber experiment alone should provide Jones more work as the season progresses.
Marcus Murphy, BUF vs NE
With LeSean McCoy potentially out Monday night against the Patriots, Murphy could be in line for an increased workload. Last week, trailing big in Indianapolis, Murphy caught five passes on six targets. As huge underdogs against their division rival, there is a high probability for a game script that would put the Missouri product in a similar role without the services of McCoy. If you’re in need at this position in a PPR league, you could do a lot worse for Week 8 than Murphy.
