And for those of us who play in IDP leagues, understand that even on the defensive side there are stars and the also-rans. For most IDP leagues, linebackers are scoring the points, followed by defensive ends and safeties/cornerbacks depending on how your league scores.

So remember the tiers are for those who are going to score you fantasy points. So safeties and cornerbacks who are not targeted will be lower on the list or not at all, leaving their partners to be listed ahead of them.
