The 2017 Fantasy Supercross season, presented by RMFantasySX, heads to Arlington, Texas for week six action after an outstanding race in Oakland. Monster Energy Kawasaki fans must be partying like college students on Spring Break after Eli Tomac made it two wins in a row to tighten up the championship points race and close in on Ryan Dungey. Dungey isn’t going to just give the lead away, finishing in 2nd for his 38th podium finish in his past 40 starts. It was also great to see the rookie sensation, Cooper Webb, get his first podium of the season in a race I mentioned last week that most rookies take the next step. The kid is the real deal, and it’s going to be fun to watch him grow as a racer.
Eli Tomac – Tomac isn’t that great historically in Texas, with only one Top-5 finish on a 450. But he’s won the last two races this season and is the top qualifier today.
Ryan Dungey – Six podiums overall, including two wins, in seven Texas starts. His worst finish here ever is a 6th. And are you really going to be the one to NOT put him in your Top-3?
Jason Anderson – One 6th and one 3rd in two career starts.
Trey Canard – One win and four Top-5 finishes in six Texas starts. He’s back this week.
Cole Seely – Seely has a 10th and a 4th in two career starts.
Cooper Webb – Webb has been pretty good at this track on a 250 and is starting to get this 450 thing down.
Marvin Musquin – Although he recently fell to 3rd in the championship standings, Musquin is a threat to podium every week.
Blake Baggett – Baggett missed last year’s race here but qualified well today.
