Week 4 is over! But the work is never done for fantasy football dynasty owners. There is no off-season! Today we will discuss the Minnesota Vikings Jarius Wright, among others, and whether or not they are worth targeting through trade or via the waiver wire. Also included, will be players you should let your competition burn a roster spot on.

Legit: Players who may or may not have had a great week but could be hot additions to your dynasty teams.

1. Mike Glennon QB TB – You see it. I see it. At some point this season, Lovie Smith has to recognize that Glennon is superior to Josh McCown. Something has to give in Tampa. I’m betting it will happen soon. This will give the young QB time to gel with the behemoth play makers around him. Grab him if he’s there.

2. Jeremy Ross WR DET – Ross caught both of his targets on Sunday for 65 yds and a touchdown filling in for an injured Calvin Johnson. There are a lot of other players to compete with in Detroit, but Ross has the chance to become the third WR and could continue to carve out a role in the offense.

3. Travaris Cadet RB NO – If you don’t mind playing a bit of Russian roulette with New Orleans running backs, I suggest adding Cadet as a flier to your dynasty roster. He surprisingly played ahead of Pierre Thomas and racked up 6 receptions for 59 yds. If he’s still available grab him while you can.

Quit – Players that may seem like decent additions to your dynasty based on weekly production, but should be avoided

1. Jarius Wright WR MIN – My doubts regarding Wright’s fantasy production are less about him as a player and more about my faith in Norv Turner realizing that Cordarrelle Patterson is his most talented WR. I think Wright was a one week blip. Unless you are able to con a fellow owner into overpaying for Wright with a rookie draft pick, you’re better off hanging onto your waiver money / priority.

2. Daniel Thomas RB MIA – Talk about a fantasy zombie! I think I speak for all of us when I say that I shed a tear of sorrow when Miami re-signed Thomas following an injury to Knowshon Moreno. At this point, Thomas is nothing more than a warm body. Don’t want him anywhere near my teams. You shouldn’t either.

3. Kyle Orton QB BUF – We have seen what Orton brings to the table, and frankly it isn’t much. While he may bolster the value of WR Sammy Watkins, he won’t add value to your roster. Leave him out in the cold, and off your squads.
