Happy Wednesday everyone and for the Bucks I hope your day of mourning goes okay. In case you haven’t heard, Jabari Parker is out for the year aka my biggest prospect crush from last year. So yeah, I think I’ll just stay in bed all day, so let’s just get on with the line-ups for this nice Wednesday I guess.
Mike Conley – $7,300

Oh hey Mike Conley, way to put on a show last night. Conley has been one of the more underrated guys, both fantasy and in real life for years now. So after his big game last night (36 points 9 assists) the Grizzlies are heading into San Antonio to face a limping Spurs squad. With Tony Parker and Kawhi Leonard out, Conley should have another nice game tonight.
Cory Joseph – $4,600
Yeah, why not go with a backcourt all in one match up? Like mentioned above Parker is out, which means Joseph is in line for a lot of minutes tonight. He may be the cheapest option tonight that’s going to give you 35+ minutes. He’ll give you double digit points, a few rebounds, hopefully a boost in assists, and is a perimeter threat.
Jeff Green – $6,600
I know, I know, this isn’t the most exciting pick but Green is posting some really consistent numbers. Now it would be great if his secondary numbers would see a little boost, but he’s consistently scoring the ball and is grabbing about five rebounds per game. In his past nine games, his lowest point total was 14 while he’s topped 25+ points 5 times. He has a nice matchup against the Magic tonight.
Terrence Ross – $4,800

So DeRozan is still out, who is going to step up? Well here’s Ross coming off a season high 22 points in his last game. Kind of like Green, he’s not bringing much outside of shooting, but we should see his role continue to span as he gets more and more time in the line up. He can shoot, hit from beyond the arc and will give you some nice rebounding numbers. If he can bring up a couple other categories then we would be golden.
Al Jefferson – $8,300
Again, probably another head scratcher from you guys considering Jefferson hasn’t exactly lived up to his fantasy potential this year. However, he’s going against a weaker inside defense tonight as the Suns roll into town. He should get back to his ways and post a double-double along with a couple of blocks. Another option would be Al Horford who is playing well and only at $7,600 right now.
