It is week 11 and you are getting frustrated with the ineptness of your fantasy team. It’s not you, it’s them. But don’t worry there is help to be had. And there is none better than the man with the golden mane, Green Bay Packers linebacker Clay Matthews is a must have on your fantasy team.
This IDP sleeper report is all about the linebackers. Here are your must haves for week 11:
Clay Matthews, Linebacker, Green Bay Packers: I was surprised to find out that Matthews is owned in only 24.9 percent of fantasy leagues. And then I remembered I dropped him earlier for lack of productivity. Well, that has changed. Matthews has moved to inside linebacker. The move after one week is proving productive. Last week against the Chicago Bears, Matthews recorded 11 tackles and one sack.

Chris Borland, Linebacker, San Francisco 49ers: Borland is all that and a bag of chips. Unbelievably he is only owned in 29.4 percent of fantasy leagues. What are you thinking? All Borland had accomplished is back to back weeks with double digit tackles. And with the New York Giants on the horizon, it looks like one more week of double digit tackles.
Justin Houston, Linebacker, Kansas City Chiefs: Did you know that Houston is second in the league is sacks? Did you also know he is probably available in your league, being only owned in 31 percent of fantasy leagues. Let’s see: second in sacks, playing the Seattle Seahawks in Arrowhead in week 11, the Oakland Raiders in week 12, and the Denver Broncos in week 13. How are you not seeing this as a fantasy gold mine.
Emmanuel Lamur, Linebacker, Cincinnati Bengals: I get it, you are disillusioned with the Bengals defense. But you have to love a man who has stamina. And Lamur is clocking in with the most snaps for a linebacker this season. He is averaging 68 snaps a game. Anyone on the field for that amount of time is sure to see results for both him and your fantasy team. And he is not disappointing. In week nine versus Jacksonville Jaguars he recorded eight tackles. In week 10 versus the Cleveland Browns he racked up 11 tackles. That is an upward trend you need to get on for the ride.
