Mauricio Pochettino, Tottenham

Former Southampton manager Mauricio Pochettino is set to head to White Hart Lane and become the Spurs new boss. Pochettino led the Saints to their best ever finish in the 2013-14 season, but will now take his attacking style of play, along with his assistant manager Jesus Perez, coach Miguel D’Agostino and goalkeeper coach Toni Jimenez, to Tottenham on a five year deal. The Spurs finished in sixth place, just outside of European football qualification, something Pochettino is surely set to build upon in the upcoming 2014-15 season. Source: foxsports.com
