It’s been quite the season for Manchester City as they hold control of the EPL title race coming down to the final week of the season. City will host West Ham United at home and can clinch with either a win or draw, as they hold the tie breaking goal differential over the challenging Liverpool. Not only a season to remember for the entire club, but for Toure as an individual as well. In 34 appearances this season, Toure has become only the 2nd central midfielder to net 20+ goals in one EPL season, joining Frank Lampard who did so in the 2009-10 season.
