Week 11 FanDuel Targets

Drew Brees

We are rolling right along in the season and are onto one of the last few bye week slates on FanDuel. Although we are not missing too many studs, this slate seems like an opportunity to play plenty of value guys.

The value is there to fit the high priced guys in all over the place. The issue is obviously picking the right combinations. Here’s to hoping we hit the right guys this week.

QB

Drew Brees $8,300:

The huge let down against the Falcons last week should ease some of his ownership this week. He should be in a great passing situation, and I’m in.

Jimmy Garoppolo $8,000:

The 49ers are limited with some running back injuries and Jimmy G has been in a passing groove as of late. I do not see him as being high if owned this week.

Tom Brady $7,800:

One of the cushiest secondaries all year has been the Eagles and Brady should be an easy call this week.

Kyle Allen $7,200:

My cheapest quarterback this week, Kyle is in a great spot. With Cam Newton officially out the rest of the season Allen can play without looking over his shoulder.

RB

Christian McCaffrey $10,500:

He is just too good to pass up. That price tag should help keep his ownership down.

Ezekiel Elliot $8,400:

If you want to take a top wide out instead of McCaffrey then Zeke should be your go to top running back.

Josh Jacobs $8,000:

I do not love his price. If you think the Raiders control this game then Jacobs will be a good play. He just has not been involved in the pass game enough to be a no-brainer.

Leonard Fournette $7,200:

Fournette gets too much volume to be ignored.

Tevin Coleman $6,700:

Coleman is the one healthy option the 49ers have and he is involved in the pass game.

Devin Singletary $6,500:

Singletary is really the only piece from this game I am on. With Josh Allen and Frank Gore scaring people off, I am on board with his upside.

James White $6,100:

The Pats’ receiving back should get plenty of run in this game.

Brian Hill $5,900:

The new number one option for the Falcons is certainly capable to meet and possibly earn value. He should get twenty or more touches.

Miles Sanders $5,600:

Sanders could be in line for the lead role if Jordan Howard misses the game. He would then be in line for a huge work load at a huge discount.

WR

Michael Thomas $9,000:

Probably the big decision this week is whether to go to McCaffrey or Thomas. He’s in line for a terrific match up and has been racking up targets all year.

Chris Godwin $8,000:

I expect the Bucs to be trailing fairly quick. Mike Evans has been the top option recently, but I am back on Godwin this week.

Julio Jones $7,800:

There is no need to over think the Falcons options. There are cheaper options that could be solid plays in Calvin Ridley and Russell Gage, but give me the top dog.

Julian Edelman $7,400:

The most trusted receiver for the Pats is definitely in play.

Jamison Crowder $6,500:

A game to be mostly avoided for me, but Crowder is racking up targets and should be a good floor play to level out a line up.

DJ Moore $6,000:

Moore has been good all year and this game could certainly be high scoring.

Tyler Boyd $5,900:

Boyd has quietly been solid in recent weeks. There is no reason this trend should not continue this week as a value play.

Deebo Samuel $5,600:

Samuel had a breakout on Monday night and may have a repeat on Sunday if he again is the number one receiver.

Terry McLaurin $5,500:

Do you remember F1? The speedy rookie should be able to remind everyone he is good again at a huge discounted price.

TE

Mark Andrews $6,900:

Andrews may get an even bigger uptick in looks with Marquise Brown questionable to play.

Darren Waller $6,700:

Waller the Faller? We want Waller the Baller. Darren should regain his top tier tight end status this week versus a cushy Bengals defense.

Jared Cook $6,000:

If I love Drew Brees this week, I should love most of his guys too. The Bucs secondary is bad and specifically struggles to contain tight ends.

Greg Olsen $5,100:

Olsen has looked healthy again and has been heavily involved in the pass attack.

Dallas Goedert $5,000:

The Eagles will likely run a lot of two tight end sets versus the Pats. With the depleted wide receiver corps I expect the Pats to try and contain Zach Ertz, leaving Goedert to eat this week.

Ross Dwelley $4,900:

George Kittle is likely out and Dwelley is an excellent value play against the noted bad versus tight end Cardinals.

DEF

49ers $4,900:

The 49ers being forty nine hundred is a sign from above. Seriously though I expect the Niners to control this game.

Vikings $4,700:

The Vikings are a good defense and should be able to stabilize the Broncos with ease.

Cowboys $4,100:

I usually have a punt defense here, but there are some mismatches. With that being said, give me the Cowboys if Matthew Stafford is out.
