Didier Drogba, Chelsea – FWD

Amidst his second stint with The Blues, striker Drogba picked up an ankle injury after just 30 minutes of play in Chelsea’s pre-season friendly match with Ferencvaros. Contesting a header caused Drogba to land awkwardly enough to twist his ankle. He received treatment on the ankle and made an attempt to return, but ultimately was forced from the match.
