West Ham United have signed Argentine forward Zarate and club manager Sam Allardyce sees him making a big impact. Coming off his best form for Velez Sarsfield, in which he netted 13 times in 19 league appearances during the 2014 season(20 goals total in 2013/14), Big Sam is predicting Zarate to continue that goal scoring form for his club.
