The Detroit Lions have given Joique Bell a new contract. Bell was a restricted free agent. His new deal is for 9.3 million for 3 years. Bell staying in Detroit is good for fantasy owners. Bell was extremely productive in a time split with Reggie Bush. While the time split will continue I expect Bell to remain productive and be put in situations to excel under new head coach Jim Caldwell.
