The Texans played noticeably better once he entered the game. Fitzpatrick is close behind though but Hoyer’s matchup against Jax is the deciding factor for me. Cousins at the Jets is really bad and Luck sends Hasselbeck back the bench. McCown is not a good play as I can see the Denver D in that backfield all day long when they aren’t picking him off.

I’m not willing to expect every-week status from Bortles, but he’s outperforming my expectations this season. He’s solidly in my streaming pool.

I started Cutler and ASmith this week, leaving Bortles on my bench. Don’t seem to have a good track record when starting 2 QBs in the same game. The hoped for shootout never materializes. Any faith in Bortles to be an every week starter?
