Bridgewater is a definite dynasty hold. I like his future - not a lot, but some - and as I said, the TDs will come.

For re-draft AND dynasty purposes, I don't like McCown, or Stanton. I know McCown has a favorable schedule, but he's a bad quarterback, and I make it a point not to roster guys who are flat-out bad, regardless of all of the fantasy justification measures we use. Same with Stanton, albeit to a lesser degree. Neither are startable guys even if Rivers goes down.

Mallet doesn't have the tools I look for in a QB. He's strong-armed, but immobile - not just from a running standpoint, but just in terms of avoiding pressure. However, he was plucked by a guy whose offensive mind I tend to trust (O'Brien). Still, I'd only look at him as a dynasty target for dirt-cheap. And I don't like his QB2 chances this year, either.

Vick and Orton are old(er) guys, and neither are likely to start next season, but I like their 2014 prospects (to a degree). Orton is playing well and has a few solid QB2+ matchups left, so he's your QB2 going forward. Vick's slate looks pretty tough, but he's always a threat to add 5-10 rushing points in any matchup, so a catastrophic Rivers injury could lead him to some value. Hard guy to bank on, though.

Long story short, I say keep Bridgewater redshirted with Orton as your backup.

I'm in a dynasty salary cap league. I have Phillip Rivers, but am looking for some QB depth down the stretch this year and also down the road. I've got Michael Vick, Ryan Mallet and Orton now, but McCown, Stanton and Bridgewater are all available via waivers. If you had to pick 2 of those guys out of the 6, who would you take for now and the future?
