Week 4 SNAPs Report allows a focus on the team, positional, and player snaps, and snaps%. Use these metrics to find handcuffs, trade targets, DFS plays, lineups work, and player drops.
As usual, added and altered metrics using snaps per second, discussion of Time of Possession (TOP) vs. Rushing/Passing/Team Scoring, and other fun material as well.

Week 4 SNAPs Report Week 1 to 4 Team Average Snaps (TAS) and Scaled TAS to League Average
The teams were sorted from high to low scaled TAS below, and the highest teams were colorized green while the lowest teams had red colorization. Clear extremes in team game scripts. The bar graph gives the data a visual view above and below the league average *Green Dashed Line. The red trend line provides each team with a position within the metrics.

- The table displays the following information for each team W1 to 4.
- Teams sorted high (green) to low (red)
- Weeks 1 to 4 Player Averaged SPS and highlighted green to red
- Average of Player SPS over the 4 Weeks (blue to red)
- Scaled Player SPS vs league average (high to low – green to red)

Note that Player SPS metrics do differ from a team’s average snaps. Reasons can be a smaller number of players played, the pace of games is extreme in differences, and/or game scripts push velocity in different directions.

These tables and graphs focus on two ways to consider snaps. First, we can observe TAS or SPS. I do not have a preference as I think both add to our coherence of the data. Second, I like the visual better than columns of numbers.

Comment – I discuss this and my deeper analysis in my video lesson link above. However, I think the extremes are essential to note. Teams that are double negatives are of great concern to me. NO, KC, DEN, MIA, GB, and CHI are such examples. I am interested in the negatives as I have found more dramatic predictions for the upcoming weeks.

Each Data Table Contains Team’s Positional SPS and Usages. I used to “see” what teams were doing with their players. Play to a team’s strength! Move to high usages and away from lower positional usages. I consider waiver wires, trades, lineups, and DFS as well!

I used to compare within teams for biases to positions. Hard to play TEs on low usage teams etc. Excellent visual presentation to focus on extreme team usage aspects. I deep dig into team patterns of diagonal/u shapes etc., in my video lesson.

Critical- I highlighted the Top 25% and Bottom 25% (Green vs red) for each player’s SPS. You can quickly see if a player’s SPS is extremely high or low or just average. Nice scannable presentations
