Week 10 Defense Streaming

Bears Defense

The need for picking smart with the defense was outlined to me last week as I essentially lost in two leagues because of the monstrous swing between the Bills and Saints defensive scoring. With fantasy playoffs now hanging in the balance getting your week 10 defense streaming right is of utmost importance especially with some decent defenses having some tough match-ups whole others have what should be a walk in the park for them.

Right now I am in a mode with most of my leagues where I am literally just trying to scramble a win out week to week to make the playoffs and for that reason I will not be looking beyond this week for my defenses because I think for most people each week is becoming a must win and so much can change week to week in the NFL.

Once again this week I will only consider defenses under 60% owned for my starts.

Starts for Week 10

Chicago Bears (57%) vs. Green Bay Packers

Yeah I am going to bet against Brett Hundley every week until he proves me wrong. The Bears shut down Cam Newton a few weeks back so they can certainly do it in Chicago to Hundley.

Green Bay Packers (39%) @ Chicago Bears

Chicago aren’t going to light up the scoreboard with their offense but they aren’t likely to make mistakes either. This feels like the safe mid-range defense who wont score 0 but wont score 15 either.

Washington Redskins (10%) vs. Minnesota Vikings

The Vikings have been extremely hit or miss on offense this year the Redskins defense have actually been pretty solid so I like this match-up from a defense streaming point of view.

Sits for Week 10

Denver Broncos (72%) vs. New England Patriots

Tom Brady is coming to town to face a defense who has disappointed all year for fantasy. Enough said.
