Draftkings Daily Fantasy NASCAR: QUAKER STATE 400

nascar_draftkings

Its time for some more daily fantasy NASCAR action. This time the race taking place on a Saturday from from the Kentucky Speedway. This should be another interesting race as many of us daily fantasy players try once again to avoid negative points. that seems to be the problem thus far in Draftkings daily fantasy NASCAR product. It has been hard for me to dodge the “did not finish” drivers or the ones that finish in the negative. My picks have been pretty spot on though for the most part, and I will just rack up the negative points and DNF’s to variance. So lets get started with this weeks picks.

Starting at the top with Vegas favorites we have Kevin Harvick ($13,900) followed up by Jimmie Johnson ($13,100) and Martin Truex Jr ($13,000). You are obviously going to have to pay up for these guys but they generally are solid plays.

Going a just a bit further down the pricing tier is where I think the real value will be. Joey Logano ($11,400), Matt Kenseth ($11,300), Kyle Busch ($10,800) and Kasey Kahne ($10,500) all make for fantastic plays this weekend. This may be the area i aim the most for because of the discounts on these drivers and their track history.

If you want to go down another pricing tier I think guys like Ryan Newman ($9,300), Kyle Larson ($9,800) and Paul Menard ($8,800) all make fine plays especially Ryan Newman. I think maybe rostering one of these guys would free up even more cap room while still giving you a shot to score a good amount of points.

Finally we go dumpster diving for drivers. You will want to target drivers in this range if you are loading up on the expensive big names. In this pricing tier I feel there is at least a glimmer of hope for Casey Mears ($7,500), Landon Cassill ($7,300) and Alex Bowman ($7,100).
