Week 12 Fantasy Football Rankings

Jamaal Charles

The Fantasy Playoffs Approach-eth and so we are back once again with our Week 12 Fantasy Football Rankings. I had a rough Week 11 personally both in Daily Fantasy, and my seasonal leagues winning only one match. Owning DeMarco Murray in so many of my leagues really hurt, and this week my 90% ownership of Antonio Brown may leave me a little sore as well.

Thankfully Receiver has plenty of options, and if you are in a similar predicament and looking for which bench player, or even Waiver Wire target to claim and fill the void look no further than my Week 12 rankings.

This week I have no issues proclaiming Andrew Luck as the cream of the crop Quarterback. He has been lights out all season, and this week he faces Jacksonville. Sure Aaron Rodgers and Peyton Manning will be just as solid as ever, but with the loss of Ahmad Bradshaw I can’t foresee Indianapolis relying on the run as heavily as they could.

For Running Backs I can’t deny Jamaal Charles the top spot once again. Fantastic matchup, and he has been as dominant as you can be over the past four Weeks. Easy decision for me this week. I also have Matt Forte closely behind as the second back for Week 12. He faces a relatively weak defense as well and I think will do enough damage to outperform DeMarco Murray this week.

Wide Receiver has remained stable with the top three and this week I am ranking Demaryius Thomas number one by a smidgen over Jordy Nelson. Dez Bryant remains a top three option, but Calvin Johnson may surprise some as my 4th best receiver this week. He has a tough matchup, but I think Detroit will be throwing plenty, and Calvin will get his after a mediocre Week 11. Player to watch will be Josh Gordon in his return from suspension. I am as excited as everyone else, and hoping he becomes the Fantasy Savior he has been proclaimed to be, but we shall see how he is used in Week 12 as he shakes off the rust.

Good luck everyone this week! As always use these to help resolve any Start/Sit questions, or of course send me questions at Twitter @fantsychillpony. I will respond as promptly as possible and answer all of them.

Thanks as always for reading.
