Week 7 Fantasy Football Rankings

Andrew Luck

Week 7 is upon us, and it brings along with it midseason for most Fantasy leagues, a feeling of confidence, or hopelessness for others. At least you should know who to start or sit this week, because I am back with the Week 7 Fantasy Football Rankings. As always I update these frequently between my first publish on Fantasypros.com and kickoff time on Sunday. There is also the Twitter machine which will let you reach out to me with any other questions you may have.

With Week 7, also comes the make or break point for several owners. Is it time to shore up that weak WR2? Perhaps you are ready to try and move some of your bench depth and strengthen your starting lineup. Or, the worst case scenario you lost a starter to injury, you have no depth and need to trade a star to save your season. All of these are possible scenarios right now and rest assured you are not alone. The question is can one stop relying on the waiver wire, or plug and play positional players at any point in a season? It seems likely that Week 7 would be the time or next week and after that the Waiver Wire would be reduced to a thin residue left on a dish of leftovers, but inevitably there are again another crop of servicable players on most wires this week. To see where players like Andre Holmes, Benny Cunningham, Isaiah Crowell, Odell Beckham, Tre Mason, Brian Hoyer and others let’s see where they are in my rankings. A few of them even broke in to my top 30 or even 20 at their respective positions.

Good luck this week. There are several great match-ups this week for Fantasy. I have Andrew Luck hanging out as my number one Quarterback this week, he has yet to disappoint, and there is no reason to expect it this week. For running backs it is the standard top 5 now, but with Ben Tate and Andre Ellington having favorable match-ups this week they both make it in to my top ten this week.

At Wide Receiver the top 5 now sit snug without Calvin Johnson, or A.J. Green

in the mix. I like Antonio Brown to have a dominant week, after his solid, but non-exciting Week 6. I have him as my top receiver this week.
