Edin Džeko, Manchester City – Forward

Džeko and Manchester City struck early when the striker netted his first of two scores only 40 seconds into the 150th Manchester Derby. United, being forced to play from behind, looked dominated by City for most of the match. Džeko’s second goal came in the 56th minute off a corner service from Samir Nasri as he had a clear run at goal and firmly finished his first touch into the back of the net. For good measure, midfielder Yaya Toure added his 17th goal of the season in the 90th minute to seal the Derby.
