Daily Fantasy Basketball Notes 2/19

I am back from my extended vacation at the hospital and ready to roll with value start players tonight and players to stay away from. I have been like a caged animal for almost 2 months and I am ready to bring fantasy gold to all your daily fantasy leagues!. Tonight’s 11game NBA slate has no double digit spreads, so I expect close, exciting, competitive games tonight. Value players tonight will be key so you can stack your stud players with them. With expectations of close games and no blowouts, all your key players should be playing all 4 quarters, which is music to your ears. The key to a successful night is quality play from your players along with quality minutes. Well we seem to have the minutes down tonight, so let this caged animal get you some value players that will deliver quality play tonight. All prices listed are according to Draft Kings $50,000 salary daily league.

Players To Start:

Chris Kaman – $6,200 - Chris has been on quite the roll lately. Over last 4 games, he is averaging over 45 fantasy points a game. Furthermore,  he is averaging 22 PPG, 10.5 RPG, 4.5 APG, and 2.5 BPG. With Dwight coming back to the Lakers tonight I expect Chris to play even harder and have the crowd shouting “DWIGHT WHO”.  He is the top value play tonight and expect Chris mas to come early playing the KMAN tonight.

Goran Dragic – $8,400 –  Goran has been on fire all season and if last night’s game to start the second half is any indication what we can expect from him the rest of the way, The Count Dragicula will be sucking the blood out of the rest of the league for the rest of the season. Over last 7 games he is averaging 25 PPG, 8 APG, 4,5 RPG, and 2 SPG. Goran is a stud with great value that you can Count on to deliver fantasy gold tonight.

Robin Lopez – $5,800 – Robin is another player on fire lately.  The way Robin has been playing lately, he is more like Batman and not his side kick Robin. Over last 7 games he is averaging 12 PPG, 10 RPG, 2.5 BPG, and 1 APG. With the news that Lamarcus Aldridge is out and a aging Spurs team missing several key players playing second end of a back to back, I expect Robin’s numbers to be even higher then his last 7 games. His price is very low which makes him stand out even more. With the revised theme song of Batman, expect the Portland crowd to be singing ” Na Na Na Na Na ROBIN!!

Players To Sit:

Jeff Teague – $6,500 – Over last 7 games Jeff hasn’t scored over 20 points and only had double digit assists once. Not what your expecting from your starting PG. He started second half how he has been playing over the last 7 games. Last night playing 33 minutes,  Jeff had a pathetic stat line of 8 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assist, 1 steal, and 4 turnovers. Furthermore,  Shane Mack has been out playing him and may take starting job away from him. With all the distractions of trade rumors,  and Mack potential taking his job Teague is someone to avoid at all cost.

George Hill – $5,900 – George is another PG just not cutting it. He had one 37 point game over last 10, and the other 9 he did not score over 15 points including 2 games where he had 2 and 5 points respectively.  Furthermore,  over the last 4 games he is averaging a pathetic  11 PPG, 6 APG, and 3 RPG. This George is playing like he is ” Over The Hill”. Leave Grandpa on the bench tonight.

Raymond Felton -$5,700 – Raymond is another player playing terrible,  averaging 8 PPG, 6 APG, 4 RPG, and 1 APG over his last 7 games. Furthermore,  the distractions of trade rumors to the Clippers can’t help his play either. This is one Raymond everyone doesn’t love. Felt will melt your cash if you play him tonight.
