Daily Fantasy Basketball Notes 11/20

Thirteen games on the NBA slate tonight. Only two games have double digit spreads, which means lots of close, exciting games. With so many players to choose from tonight, I feel like a kid in a candy store. The key to getting that favorite piece of candy is finding  great match ups with fantastic values.

Last night I was on a major roll, cashing top five in four out of the five daily leagues I was in. Tonight I expect even better. My theme tonight is four out of five ain’t bad, however perfection is even better. Tonight’s start and sits will help jump start my strive for perfection. All prices listed are according to Draft Street $100,000 salary daily.

Players To Start:

David West – $12,646 – Mr. West coming east to play a Knick team in turmoil. West has been averaging four more fantasy points away from home and 2 more PPG against the Knicks as well. On the surface that doesn’t seem like enough to make him a must start tonight. However, this isn’t the same Knicks team he has faced in the past. The Knicks are a underachieving, undersized team playing like they can’t wait for the season to be over. Expect him and the Pacers to show the Knicks who the beast from the east is.

Chandler Parsons – $15,572 – Expecting a high scoring game is perfect for Parsons who has been lighting up the fantasy scoreboard this year. Parsons is averaging six more fantasy points a game away from home, and 27 fantasy points per game against Dallas. His points, rebounds and blocks are all higher on the road as well. His reasonable price and hot start make him a very juicy play tonight.

Monta Ellis – $15,425 – The move to Dallas has been a dream come true for Monta. His dream year continues tonight as he plays the Rockets, which is expected to be the highest scoring game of the night. Monta averages 12 more fantasy points per game at home, and averages 12 more fantasy points per game against the Rockets.  His very low price and insane fantasy numbers at home  and against the Rockets,  make him one of the top plays of the night.

Players To Sit:

Andrea Bargnani – $11,755 – The Knicks are a complete mess, facing the top team in the NBA tonight. Throwing fuel on the fire, Andrea is averaging a pathetic 16 fantasy points at home verses averaging 26 fantasy points on the road. Furthermore, he is averaging 3 PPG less and 2 REB less at home as well. When you combine his pathetic fantasy home numbers and playing against one of the top defensive teams in the NBA, starting Andrea tonight would be fantasy suicide.

Miles Plumlee – $12,980 – Miles looked very over-matched last night against the Kings’ Demarcus Cousins. Cousins treated him like a little kid trying to play a mans game. Tonight, he gets Cousins again in the second night of a back to back. Miles went for a pathetic 10 points and 6 rebounds against Cousins last night. Adding insult to injury, Miles averages 3 PPG less and 5 RBG less at home. He will be more like a lemon tonight instead of a plum. Sit him with confidence knowing there are much better options for you tonight.

Klay Thompson- $13,256 – Klay has a very tough match up tonight against Memphis tonight. He is averaging a terrible 15 fantasy points a game versus Memphis. His average against Memphis is almost 18 fantasy points less then he averages at home against the rest of the league this year. 15 points from Klay tonight will kill any hopes of winning tonight. Bench him with confidence.
