Welcome back to Pigskin Preguntas. Here we are heading into week tres (that’s Espanol for three, in case you didn’t know that). I hope you are all sitting at 2-0 in every league you play in! Now on to the Preguntas!

Erik Miller @ericj2280: “How much of a downgrade is there for Gordon and Cameron if Jason Campbell starts? And… do I play Knowshon over Cameron at the flex with the nice matchup vs. Oakland?

Erik buddy, the news is even worse than JC starting at QB for the Browns this week. Not only did they trade Trich to start off week three, but also announced that third string QB Brian Hoyer will be starting this week at Minnesota. The Metrodome is never friendly to opposing QB’s and I think this time will be no different. I believe Hoyer will struggle.

I too own Josh Gordon in multiple leagues and for me this week I have him as a sit and watch. Cleveland has clearly entered the “Falter for Bridgewater” sweepstakes and I want no part of their WR’s this week. I would much rather have Gordon explode on my bench than drop 3 points on my active roster.

Cameron on the other hand seems to have entrenched himself as the integral cog of Norv Turner’s standard TE friendly offense. He should benefit from lots of checkdowns from Hoyer, has proven himself so far in this young season, and is ranked in the top 5 at his position. I think if you own him, you are playing him in week 3.

In regard to your second question I would start Moreno. He firmly established himself as the RB1 in Denver, pass protects very well (an attribute that should only become more valuable with the loss of Ryan Clady), and as you so poignantly mentioned his team is playing Oakland in Denver for the Monday night game.

Andrew Nordmeier @AndrewNordmeier: “How do you play the Saints offense that isn’t scoring many points this year?”

I understand where your coming  from. What happened to the offensive juggernaut we usually see in NO year after year? How is it that Drew Brees is outside of the top 5 after two weeks? Why is Darren Sproles outside of the top 10 at RB? Marques Colston not in the top 20 WR’s… IMPOSSIBLE. But you know what? The Saints are 2-0… and you know what? It’s only been two weeks. I believe if you have any of these guys, you keep playing them. Maybe Sean Peyton is dusting off the rust, or perhaps NO has played two tough divisional games already this year. Whatever the reason is, I am confident the ship will be righted. The offensive storm is coming.

James Garner @lostmymarbles28: “Is Bobby Rainey worth stashing? Why or why not?”

Thanks for the question James. Rainey was a very productive college RB  at Western Kentucky University. He has a chance to make a name for himself in Cleveland this week. I would say he is definitely as stash if you have the roster space. I wouldn’t go about dropping players who may start for you in order to pick up Rainey. Cleveland went out and signed Willis McGahee in addition to rostering Rainey and Ogbonaya. I think Rainey could have value this week as he should receive a few carries. I also like what he brings to the table with his 4.42 speed. However, in the end, I wouldn’t roster him on my teams and I see this as Willis’ job for the majority of the year.

DSEmpire_Chris @FantasyChillpony: “Moreno over Ridley this week?

I think at this time you have to ride the hot horse (pun intended) Chris until it either crashes and burns, or carries you to the promised land of fantasy trophies and purse monies! You have to stick with Moreno. Ridley has been terrible the first two games. First his fumblitis struck and then he faced a tough Jets run defense and posted horrible stats in week 2. This week he gets an underrated Buc’s defense.

Meanwhile, Moreno has played exceptionally well and should be on the field even more (as noted in the first pregunta) as Denver continues to have it’s oline decimated.

The only caveat is if Gronk is a go for this week. His very presence on the field should be enough to scare defenses and in turn open up running lanes for Ridley.  But if it were me? I’d ride the Bronco!

Thanks as always for writing! Please send your week 4 questions to me or any other @FakePigskin writer on Twitter using the #PigskinPreguntas or #PP. You can also write to me at Asher@fakepigskin.com

Enjoy week 3!
